I have worked in construction for my entire career, having started out as a quantity surveyor on site. l moved into business development to get closer to work-winning and frontline strategy. I needed to make better use of my creativity, which was wasted amongst spreadsheets and take-offs.

By focussing on a single project, client or bid, my colleagues and l help our contractor clients to develop a rapport with influencers and decision-makers. We keep client teams concentrated on what will win work for them.

Having learnt my craft working, at one end of the scale, for one of the UK's largest contractors and, at the other, a small private builder, l understand that both have similar issues in developing their businesses. c3 helps clients by working outside of their company but within the ethos of their business.
